1. We are legally compelled to do so. 2. Disclosure is made at the request of, or upon written consent from, the client in question.

Where possible, DiPAR Systems (Pty) Ltd will limit the collection of client information to the minimum that is needed in order to deliver superior service and products. In the event of DiPAR Systems (Pty) Ltd using third party organisations, for support reasons they will be required to stringently conform to our privacy statement.
